We have a strong team of localization and multimedia engineers equipped with advanced industry technology. In each stage of a project, they are responsible for file analysis and conversion, localization kit preparation, and TM/glossary alignment and management. Our engineers are familiar with development and programming environments, character sets, and scripting languages. They work on both PC and Mac platforms. All our engineers are equipped with a broad range of skills. They are experienced in the use of industry-standard tools. Frequently-used tools for engineering include: • TM tools: Trados, SDLX, ForeignDesk, Catalyst; • Text editors: UltraEdit, EditPlus, WinHex; • Image tools: Photoshop, ACDSee, HyperSnap, SnagIt, Snapz Pro; • Resource editing/development: MS Visual Studio. In addition, we have a standardized workflow and procedures for translation memory/glossary management, version control, and status reports. |
